I have not used the extra battery charger. However, given the phone's design, there really isn't another way to make that better. I purchased on of these chargers a while ago and it does exactly what it is suppossed to do. The only downside is that it can be slightly challenging sliding the phone on to the mini-usb port. As I plan to use the cradle simply as a charger at work, it would be nice to be able to remove the USB cable from the unit but that's not a big deal. I actually just got online to order another one for my desk at work and was surprised at the rather low ratings so I decided to write a quick review. I use the charger to sync and charge my phone.
first bad experience with this site. after two delivery attempts i finaly received order after a month. Seller is courteous but simply backs a product that doesnt work. if it would just charge i could sync via bluetooth. Lights are on but does not sync or charge. Unbelievable that this something you can buy on amazon.
Recieved on time, but it does not work, plugged into the wall, the computer or both simultaneously.Seems to make a proper connection and provided ac adapter works when not using cradle body.Very disappointed w/ the seller. I placed an order for this dock for my T-Mobile Wing.
It docks very well and charges quickly. I started inserting a piece of folded paper to give it a better seal.
So beware. After about a month even that stopped working.
I purchased this charger to charge my Wing. After about a month it would not connect with my battery contact.
It's a good charger and it does do what it say it will do, but if you're attracted to the battery feature, just know that after awhile you won't have that feature to use. It seemed like the perfect charger because you can dock it and charge an additional battery.
But the additional battery contacts are sensitive.
